Join us for a workshop on Mapping Humanities Data on Tuesday, March 28 from  2-3PM in the CDS classroom (rm 129) in Hesburgh Library. In this workshop, we will practice structuring and manipulating a dataset in Excel, create a CSV file, and explore several types of humanities mapping that you can use in your research or teaching. We will use free online mapping tools such as Carto and StoryMap JS to create both data maps and a narrative map. Please feel free to bring a laptop or use one of the library laptops provided.
